So we should either return a blacklist of unsupported features or a whitelist of support features for that debugger (possibly built by subtracting a backlist for a debugger from the list of features in the spec).

Debugger interfaces start asynchronously, thus we can not start writing commands right away and must wait till it's started.

And parse responses to a consistent format

Do not mistakenly process output as command results in some cases.

This happens for example when the running program changes state (stops after finishing execution for example) and triggers an event displaying data to stdout that we mistakenly interpret as a result.

Debuggers should have something like .isResult that determines if a given buffer is a result or not, being true by default (unless overridden).
