@jayvdb , the multiple warning occurs due to this reason :
get_filtered_bears is called for each language, which results to one warning per detected language.

In order to fix this issue, ConfigurationGathering.py in coala/coalib/settings will have to be changed to
(line 186) for coafile_sections, silent must be True.

Is it okay if a PR is made to coala repo, to solve this issue ?
The changes that I have suggested above would close this issue.
