找到原因了，是我账号本身的问题。换了一个账号就能成功获取。有些edu信箱账号关闭了相关权限，其他工具如rclone也不能用。供大家参考！

简单的说：这个订阅必须有个admin 某些edu车是不能开的。供参考。
