[incubator/monochart] Extend chart capabilities about charts HOT 4 CLOSED

I have some concerns about the last item.
This chart is a bit useless, because kubectl natively supports this templates via kubectl create secret docker-registry

from charts.

Kubectl can do everything helm can do and more. But I can’t template or package resources. It can’t be made a dependency. Using it with the chart would be optional. The objective is to be able to use helm to deploy a service into namespace that may not have been initialized. For example, with unlimited staging environments, a namespace is created for each pr.

What if we made it an optional dependency in requirements?
