pip install cloudinary works with pip version 1.4.1, but fails with 1.5.2. It seems that dependency_links in setup.py breaks it. Not sure where in the pip upgrade path this happens.

Solved in the latest released v1.0.14 of the Cloudinary python package. Supports all relevant pip versions. The poster package was embedded.
