@edwardstudy release notes [1] contain same exact info that we used to put into os_images.md, though per stemcell version. i hope that's good enough.

@edwardstudy we have moved to a more automated approach of bumping stemcells. you can still find history in git on each branch or via tracker stories marked 'label: stemcell'.

@cppforlife OK. How about adding a tag to filter updated CVE base images? I remember OS_IMAGES.md contained this information.
