+1. I'd suggest that the standard way to do this would be for clojure-test-mode to derive its warning and error faces from 'font-lock-warning-face and 'font-lock-error-face respectively, both of which should be present in every decent theme.
But that still leaves 'clojure-test-success-face, for which I'm unaware of a suitable built-in face.

@purcell There isn't a font-lock-error-face :-) Personally (as the maintainer of a few color themes) I think that this is a issue for the theme maintainers and has little to do with clojure-test-mode. Most poorly maintained themes won't even have faces for flymake-mode, so the suggested solution is not a solid one. I feel that @technomancy might do well to simply close this issue.
