Add Transmassion support about nzbtomedia HOT 8 CLOSED

Transmission is given a folder for downloaded files... but can also use blackhole subdirectory... need to allow for both methods.

made a start here... TransmissionToMedia.py and cfg file created in torrent branch.

I think the basic structure and tests are there... if I got it right, this should work for standard .mkv and .avi files...

Still some work to be done for unrar, parcheck, unzip etc...

Hmmm.... Too many files open at once... The work I did is for µTorrent, NOT Transmission...

Ok... I have tested the pass through of variables from transmission, and the (now added) local logging of the postprocess info.

The call to autoProcessMovies and autoProcessTV should be the same as the known scripts... it really jusy comes down to the copy/hard-link and the extraction sections...
