I just pushed a new version of test_examples.py. At the bottom are two shock-bubble tests, commented out for now because they fail. If you uncomment line 86 and run nosetests, that test will fail and you will see NaNs in the output. If you then comment out lines 64 and 67 (the 2D acoustics tests), the shock-bubble test will pass.

After more testing, I think that this issue is caused by Fortran objects persisting between tests. I don't understand why, since they are not imported into the global namespace. We need a way to make sure that they get deleted between tests.

Resolved by properly deallocating the Fortran module arrays, in commit 69c3a1d.
