That's normal, You should be getting notified via the PR mechanism as to whether or not the PR requestor has signed the CLA you've set up.

Although we have an issue with SSL/HTTPS atm

It may also be related to #47 - I think CLAhub is (surprisingly) just not responding to PRs at all. It's possible that a subsequent commit to an existing PR will trigger the signature check (which currently only gets triggered from the "push" event and not the "pull_request" event) and mark the PR appropriately?

@fusion94 Having the same problem. PRs going though w/o seeing any links to CLA.
Is there any documentation on this?
