Yeah, I don't think this is a problem with vim-anywhere, but with where you paste the text. I ran the following through:
Some
Test
Text
With
Lots
Of
Newlines
.
It came out exactly the same in the temporary file and in the clipboard. I think it's probably how certain text boxes handle newlines.
