Add FlushDataCache in gsp::Gpu about citra HOT 7 CLOSED

What is FlushDataCache used for, and what should it do?

@archshift Well apparently it flushes the data cache. :3
I don't know really that much about it to be honest. I'm sure it has to do with gfx, otherwise smealem wouldn't be using it on all of his homebrew.

Yeah, please don't create issues like this. Obviously we want to implement all these functions, and even more obviously we want to implement the important ones first. It doesn't need an issue report to see what the important ones are.

@neobrain lighten up, this is what "issues" is meant for, that includes stuff that's needs to be added and other enhancements. I closed it not because of that, I closed it because I'm working on it. And there is no point wasting other dev's time when someone else is doing it.

@purpasmart96 Not sure what your recent deal with the "lighten up" matter is. I simply told you that this issue simply serves no purpose and just clutters the database, so please respect that and don't act like you know better than me what we consider to be report-worthy "issues" for this project.

@neobrain I suggest you redefine your definition of of "issues", as in it should be more flexible, Ill just leave it at that, and work on fixing the related issue..
