Executed functional test plans in pnp and spo variants against E5, G5, G3, and GCCHIGH tenants. The pnp variant tests are run using service principal while spo variant are run in interactive mode. All tests fan fine except for one test (policy 4.2 on GCCHIGH). A few screenshots below to show successful runs and explain the failure.

The non-complaint test for policy 4.2 failed on GCCHIGH tenant.
To verify this, ran manual tests using ScubaGear against GCCHIGH and found that non-complaince test for 4.2 is not working . Gathering more info and will open a separate issue to track this.

The failure against GCCHIGH maybe related to an existing issue #622
Since its an existing issue against functional test process for a single tenant type - this will not stop Halibut release.
