Hi @bagulr,
currently the the configuration can be done only on a per repo level.
There is no real good concept and API support in Bitbucket (Stash) for global configuration of hooks, so therefore not too many hooks support this and have come up with their own solution.

Is it possible to configure the file hook directly on the server or is this configured in the bitbucket/stash database? If it is a hook on the server, it should be possible to automate this with a script for all repo's.
