Yes exactly. At present have to copy/past into main json config. Hard for very large point output requests.

@Chrismarsh Just checking this has not be implemented yet right? I am starting to output points over the Rockies and it would be great to have this instead of copy pasting into main config each time.

I am starting to output ~50 points within multiple config files, and its getting cumbersome having to copy past each time the output points are updated. I assume we can reuse code from the forcing section, but after a quick look its not trivial due to different checks in output vs. forcing.

I've addressed this in branch issue#67 commit 423c79a

This enables sub json files to be used in all config tree items except modules. Can you please review and confirm this works as you expect?
