Change Rate Limit Exceed message about tweetlanes HOT 4 CLOSED

Alas, I am not human. Do any of the following work (or suggest a better one):

• Too many refreshes, try again in x seconds.
• Twitter has limited updates for you. Try again in x seconds.
• Too many requests to Twitter. Try again in x seconds.
• Yo, you tweet too much. Stop it!
• Twitter limits exceeded. Try again in x seconds.
• Twitter says "take a break" for the next x seconds

from tweetlanes.

That message comes back from Twitter itself. But we could probably modify the code to check the message, and say 'the limits will reset in x seconds' or something.

I updated it in the current release to say "Rate limit exceed. Try again in x seconds". I think James is suggesting an improvement on that.

@jamesduffy Did you have any input on this? If you don't have any feedback or suggestions, I'm going to close this issue.
