events persistence: not-consumed are lost after restart about chiselstrike HOT 1 OPEN

The solution should be passing "fromBeginning: true" in kafka config, that means to consume all missed events which are still available in kafka with higher offset than offset remembered by the group when it stopped consuming. Also should make sure to assign the same group id to each consumer when chisel restarts, to consume events from given offset, otherwise in case consumer receiving a new random id with given fromBeginning true flag, it would consume all events from very beginning @penberg
