Похоже, это ошибки не от расширения. В логе нет ссылки на строчку кода. И воспроизвести не получается.
На последнем Chrome случайная обложка загружается без ошибок.

Не отрицаю.
Скорее всего, проблема местоположения - Крым

Попробуйте отключить настройку расширения "Случайная обложка".
Плейлист и треки должны появится. С ошибкой про изображение может отсутствовать автоматический переход к нему.
И почему их так много? Повторных запросов картинок нет
