Hello Owen,
since the name of this plugin is RankSync its core job is to synchronize ranks.
Right now I can add to the todo list, but it will get a low priority since there are a lot more important features that should get added before this feature (like BungeeCord support).

Hello Owner,
in the 1.3.0 update the Name Sync feature has been added.
You can download the version here
You need to add the sync-names: true line to your config.yml like this.
