I will have a look at it during the weekend. It looks like it is caused by some regex imperfection.

Yo, I migrated servers and am now getting the FFmpeg is not installed on host server error even though ffmpeg is installed and working from the terminal when SSH'g into the box.
Can you help me out? It's not a regex issue in your file, as its case insensitive. It has to do with my ffmpeg installation I believe.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Well I guess you have a problem capturing ffmpeg binary output. Specifically FFmpegOutputProvider.php line 45. If $output variable is empty, them you have to fiddle with it a little to capute the output. The caputing on line 45 is only tested on linux environment (Ubuntu, Debian). What is your OS anyway ? If it is MAC OS or something else, the output capturing is most likely not to work.

OK I am closing this, no more info has been provided and maybe latest commits already fixed the problem.
