I am an open science officer currently working at the flanders marine institute

As an Open Science Officer, I am dedicated to advancing open science practices within my organization. My role is to promote transparency, collaboration, and open access to research and data. I work closely with researchers and other stakeholders to support the implementation of open science initiatives that align with the goals of our organization.

Some of my specific responsibilities include:

  • Keeping up with the latest developments and trends in open science to ensure that we stay at the forefront of this important field

  • Ensuring that our open science initiatives are properly supported and funded

    • I bring a strong background in research and a deep understanding of the principles of open science to my role as an Open Science Officer. Additionally, I have excellent communication and collaboration skills, which allow me to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
