You can use TradeAPI's CreateLimitOrderAsync.

I don't understand? On Line 502-503 of tradeApi.cs we have:
_result.SetFailure("not supported yet", ErrorCode.NotSupported);
_result.supported = false;
It looks like CreateLimitOrderAsync is not supported yet.
