Need to add separate maf_to_cvcdap_somatic AND maf_clinical_to_cvcdap_clinical functions to interchange to power this
(conversion is slightly too complicated to cleanly do within CRUX itself). Keep in mind we might need to calculate ref depth using alt VAF + total depth where possible.
The function should throw an error on fail. CRUX should wrap in a trycatch and deal with error appropriately
from crux.
