The Quick Reply errors were caused by a change in 4chan's HTML (which the script has since been updated to take into account) and are unrelated to OP's bug.

This is fixed now. It was an issue with loading posts from the archives (response type wasn't set to JSON).

It would probably be better to start a new issue for that. But anyway, please copy and paste the error in the Javascript console when that happens. And if you can identify a series of steps that reliably lead to that error message, it would be helpful.
