Feature request: Configuration to disable update check about headsweeper HOT 8 CLOSED

This is not an update checker from my plugin, but from the NBT API library that I'm using. I'll see if that can be configured for that library.

As noted above, NBTAPI config.yml shows updateCheck.enabled: false

Since I didn't want to force users to install yet another plugin, I included NBT API as a library, not as a plugin. Because of that, this library might not look at the NBT API config itself.

That would explain it. But that means updates to NBTAPI are not reflected in HeadsPluginAPI. There was an update just this morning, for example.

That's true, but I'm already using the latest version of the nbt api, before they released it. That was needed to support the latest mc version

Per tr7zw/Item-NBT-API#163, HeadsPluginAPI is responsible to set update-check true or false, presumably gleaned from NBTAPI/config.yml, since NBTAPI is shaded. They are going to elide the stack trace in the next update. I can live with the one-line message, so you don't necessarily have to do anything.
