By installer : Go to "programs and feature" in windows control panel then choose uninstall
Manual: Open command console as administrator then type
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\32bit\obs-virtualsource.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs-virtualsource.dll"
then delete both obs-virtualsource.dll under obs-studio\bin\32bit (64bit) and obs-virtualoutput.dll under obs-obs-plugins\32bit (64bit)
