For the record:

The problem is that the way the issues are named, makes the data extraction algorithm think they are TPB's when they're not. See below:

The filename starts with the issue number, and this isn't caught by the algorithm (backend.files.extract_filename_data()). It doesn't find any issue number and thus assumes it's a TPB.
