Convert the mocking strategy to mock when the target WS is down about castlemock HOT 6 CLOSED

I love it. Really good suggestion. An alternative way would be to have a checkbox in the operation page that say "Mock on failure". Then you can combine it however you want. What do you think about that?

My apologies for the lack of updates. I just wanted to inform you that I haven't forgotten about this request. I have been working on some major changes in Castle Mock internally. These changes are finally in place and I'm now ready to proceed with the remaining tasks. This feature will be implemented this week. A new release is expected at the end of this week.

The feature has been implemented and will be part of the next release. The release is scheduled to be released tomorrow. The "Mock on failure" option will affect the following statuses: Forward, record and record once.
