This is actually not an issue but an artifact of the Widevine CDM check/installation, which happens during startup. If there is no valid Widevine CDM detected it is downloaded and installed. Once done Electron currently needs to restart before it can use the CDM which is why we are restarting the application. There is some information about this in the README, but I just realized it never mentions the restart [FIXED].
Under normal circumstances this is something that will happen only once, but if you are clearing the Application Support files it will also clear away the CDM which will trigger a new installation to happen.
