Pi about phylogenetic_biology HOT 4 CLOSED

May be because the default font does not have uppercase Greek letters. \Pi renders fine in html.

Looks like font is set with pdf_book() - https://bookdown.org/yihui/bookdown/latexpdf.html

These seem to be set in _output.yml.
