  • 应该是缺少mutatingwebhook secret;
  • 可以./deploy.sh uninstall 然后./deploy.sh install 重新部署下；
  • carina可以随时卸载然后重新安装，不会影响已经存在的存储卷

的确是缺少mutatingwebhook secret，通过./deploy.sh install重新部署后，不报错了。谢谢。

PS：如果你跟我一样这个错误持续一段时间了，建议手动删除异常pod，即时触发pod重启。
