我發現NumberPickerView.java 第401行
mOnValueChangeListenerInScrolling.onValueChangeInScrolling(this, oldVal, newVal);
Interface聲明是oldVal在前，newVal在後
但第1158行調用此方法的時候，
respondPickedValueChangedInScrolling(mInScrollingPickedNewValue, mInScrollingPickedOldValue);
則是new在前，old在後，這個對調了吧？！

我研究出來了，只要把第1158行改成
respondPickedValueChangedInScrolling(mInScrollingPickedOldValue + mMinValue, mInScrollingPickedNewValue + mMinValue);

就解決了～

是解決了，我上一個comment改一行可以同時解決兩個bug, 不過因為只有一行我又懶得pull request, 但這個bug算是頗重要的，建議你commit一下！
