Huh, I didn't know you could use VS Code as a diff tool! Cool!
- VSCode is a special case compared to most other diff tools -- most of them offer to register themselves in your
.gitconfigas part of the setup process. I think it's worth adding a link to the readme for that. - Github Desktop doesn't appear to be useable as a
git difftool/git mergetool-- the correspondinggithubtool only hascloneandopensubcommands.

I remember the little bit at the end of the README but maybe a little more on how to configure it? I guess maybe linking to a resource for each difftool would work best!
