Backtrack!

Seems that the message header already contains the timestamp, and that libipfix already uses it, so we ought to make use of that as well.

Although I notice there is an evident bug in here somewhere, as the following line of debugging shows:

IPFIX-HDR:
 version=10, length=1425
 unixtime=1425527672 (4429280-03-28 11:40:56 NZDT)

I'll raise a different issue for that... FIXED (see #27)

All emitted messages should now begin with the following:

{ "ipfix_timestamp":"2015-03-05T09:51:31Z", ...

There could be a bit of refactoring to remove some duplicate code, but I think I'd quite like to create (later) a better JSON emmitter, probably something with variable args, so I didn't have to worry about things like commas.

The code uses the export_newmsg callback to obtain the version-appropriate timestamp, and then stashes that in the collector-specific data-structure that is passed to all the callbacks.
