Good to hear, I hacked together a simple tool to get the PEP8 warnings here: https://github.com/bobjansen/ipy_pep8 and already made some fixes. I will put all my fixes for Chapter 1 in one big commit.
P.S. I also want to add pylint to the tool that but I think the output from pylint will be less interesting.
P.P.S. I really like the book and the way of publishing it.
