Change the behavior of interactiveAutoClose about tooltipster HOT 3 CLOSED

@jgoodsen : I don't know why your messages don't show up here, do you delete them right after posting them ?
I'm going to answer though : in hover mode, an interactive tooltip with interactiveAutoClose = true will still get closed when the mouse goes off for some time, as it would weird to ask for an outside click when the tooltip showed up on its own. A click appearance calls for a click hide, a hover appearance calls for a mouseout hide IMHO. I take it that the rest of the behavior suits you though.
