Investigate SSO providers. about simpleauth HOT 4 CLOSED

Hey @kornifex let's discuss what this might look like here. I'm thinking we could:

• Add a SimpleAuthSingleSignOnProvider abstract class that adds handleCallback:
• Add handleCallback: to the SimpleAuth class
• The SimpleAuth class will need to maintain a reference to the "current provider"
• Client calls + [SimpleAuth handleCallback:] in- [id application:openURL:sourceApplication:annotation:]
• Provider redirects to target app with any required parameters
• Provider parses URL, continues, calls completion

What do you think? Most of this should be pretty easy I think.

An added bonus, keeping track of the current provider object in the SimpleAuth class would be a step towards resolving #28 as well.
