thanks for prompt reply.

I've read it and was able to solve it these are steps in case that someone has the similar challenge.

Steps for building

git clone --recursive https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2sharp.nativebinaries
install cmake if you don't have it (test it with cmake --version
run ./build.libgit2.sh
if you get the error 'Could NOT find OpenSSL, try to set the path to OpenSSL root folder in the system variable OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR (missing: OPENSSL_CRYPTO_LIBRARY OPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR)', install openssl using yum install openssl-devel and run cmake again.
copy file libgit2sharp.nativebinaries/libgit2/build/libgit2-2d2a602.so (file name can vary) into lib folder of the plugin

@goranmaricic issue seems to be libgitsharp doesn't provide binaries compatible with centos but only instead only Ubuntu
