Develop MVP pattern library about alpha HOT 3 CLOSED

• Text edit for description on homepage (see below)
• Let's stay with the all black (#000000) as indicated in the prototype (text, headers, nav, jumbo background, etc.)
• Remove California bar from home page (simple state icon is fine - quick comment: I have design issues with the grayscale treatment, particularly around contrast)
• Remove 'California initiatives' section from homepage: https://cwds.dev/docs/4.3/templates/home/ (want to focus on services)
• Homepage headings: 'Popular' and 'Services'
• Navbar: Let's remove text until will have something. I want to think intelligently about what goes there.
• Quick answer (https://cwds.dev/docs/4.3/templates/quick-answer/): Can you review correct sidebar content HTML structure? Is what you have here correct?
• You can remove the 'Performance' box in each of the templates.
• Can we add footers to all of these?

The vision of this California Design System is to create a user first approach. Our primary focus is to develop Content Types and Page Templates that are based on user research and will enable building of digital services, not websites. <a href="https://handbook-cadotgov.readthedocs.io/en/latest/principles/">Learn more about our design principles.</a> We will iterate and refine this product as we learn by doing.
