配置文件和日志链接过期了，请重新上传

问题解决，未在更新日志中看到相关信息，插件也只会在服务器刚启动的前期print一下“强烈建议安装ProtocolLib”很快就会被其他日志刷走，很难一眼注意到，所以没有安装ProtocolLib。这个issue应该改为建议，可以把提示改的显著一些或者检测版本高于1.19.3没安装protocollib就阻止启动或者禁用Multilogin
