Seeing exactly the same problem
from homebridge-ewelink.

Okay this seems to have fixed it on my server:
- Head into the Plugin Config for Homebridge eWeLink
- Expand
Advanced Settings - Set
HTTP HosttoAuto (Recommended)<- mine was set toNone - Reload Homebridge when prompted
from homebridge-ewelink.
