SOLVED:

teo@teo-amd:~$ iredis -h 172.16.1.1 -p 3320
172.16.1.111:3320> DM.PUT TEL teo "0723673534"

in PHP

$ceva = $redisCache->rawcommand("dm.get","TEL","teo");
var_dump($ceva);

subscribeRedis.php:45:
string(10) "0723673534"

It doesn't work with "DM.GET" so the command must be written în lowercase

In theory, you can use any Redis client that supports RESP2.

That's weird because there should not be a difference between lowercase and uppercase characters. It may be related to the PHP client.
