It's not that easy to apply changes to Zoom.
I think you need to get zoom behavior from the org chart and use d3.zoomIdentity to apply new zoom values.
Just giving you theoretical directions, since not sure how to do what you want exactly
from org-chart.
Actually what I am trying to achieve. I see that the org chart is in svg and when zoom/panning changes then transform attribute of svg changes. So the above code is regarding the same.
- Saving zoom/pan values utilize local storage to save x, y, and k values for SVG transform attribute.
- On page refresh retrieve saved values from local storage and apply them to SVG, maintaining last zoom position.
- Upon subsequent zoom/pan actions, SVG resets to center position.
- Expected behaviour should be maintaining SVG's last zoom position and perform zoom/pan actions from there.
But when again zoom/pann is performed then it move to centre and zooms/pann happens from there.
