We're doing a braking change with this feature since we're defaulting HEDERAS_DEFAULT_CONTRACT_REQUESTS_RETURN_ONLY_RECEIPTS to true which will return only Receipts unless otherwise specified when doing any contract-request.
We need to specify this in our changelogs.

Eventually removed TypeOfExecutionReturn.OnlyReceipt and relied on LiveContract execution logic to trigger TypeOfExecutionReturn.Receipt requests where appropriate. This makes for fewer LoCs implementation.
