I see, idx definitely missing, but as a temporary solution, you can just maintain idx by yourself.

Regarding altitude, you can try:

idx := 0
jsonparser.ArrayEach(rawJSON, func(value []byte, dataType jsonparser.ValueType, offset int, err error) {
    idx+=1

    if (idx == 1) {
       jsonparser.GetInt(value, "altitude")
    }
})

Also, you can try to check this PR: #63
If it works for you, chance to merge it will increase :)

In the case of your task will look as simple as:

jsonparser.GetInt(rawJSON, "[1]", "altitude")

from jsonparser.

Ah nice, #63 looks nice, will try and test it. For now I am indeed tracking the index myself.
