Seems like the problem is due to a misbehavior of V8 garbage collector but I wasn't able to understand if it's a real V8 bug or a PyV8 one. A temporary workaround is to decomment line 34 in src/Debugger/Debugger.py
#PyV8.JSEngine.collect()
Sincerely speaking I don't like this approach because decommenting this line forces a garbage collection each time the debugger context is entered. By the way it could turn to be useful while I search for a better solution.
