Can someone help me understand how to remove particular hotkeys? I am trying to run this.hotkeysService.remove(new Hotkey(['del', 'backspace', 'n', 'd', '1', '2', '3', '4', '5', '6'], () => false)) and nothing is getting deleted.

You should save your hotkeys to an array, and use the array to remove them. Otherwise, the object references won't match
