FileHandler Question about sab-project-manager HOT 3 CLOSED

We'll probably have to move the FileHandler class into the Active Instructions frame class then.

Go ahead and do it if it will fix the issue since we're short on time.

The parent only affects whether the filechooser will appear in relation to the parent and whether the file chooser will be minimized if the parent's frame is minimized. You could use null or add a constructor to FileHandler and pass in ActiveInstructionsFrame.

Yup, I did in fact set the parent component to null and that worked. I just
pushed an updated FileHandler that can create the open and save dialogs and
has the basic functionality for reading and saving files, but it's crashing
right now because it needs an instance of TaskManager and that is only
available in the Runner class, which does not launch the GUI.
