AHA! I just detected issue

If I understand right, by making the roi smaller this will increase sensitivity in the remaining roi if other parameters are kept constant?
That would explain, why the number of cuts is increasing.
But not why some cuts contain motion events outside the roi. But then again, there might be motion going on I cannot detect with my eye...
I suppose I need first go thouroghly through your explanations with issue100 before I file an issue myself.
