Thanks for trying out the library!
Currently, there's no way to set the transactions on the sample_notification. Your best bet is to hook your application up to our sandbox environment and create a few test subscriptions in our sandbox. This has the benefit of giving you a full set of sample data when you receive the sandbox webhook, not merely our minimal set.
If you need this for an integration test, then you can use a tool like VCR (https://github.com/vcr/vcr) to capture and replay a response.
